MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE
You have a right of withdrawal allowing you to return the products free of charge, without reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt.

Contact our customer service and ask for your return form to be printed and attached to your package.
In order to properly process your request, we invite you to prepare the following elements: reason of return, condition of the product/packaging (opened, closed), as well as the date of purchase.
Only unopened items are eligible for return.

Return the item in its original packaging
Once you have received your return form, printed and attached to your package, simply return your item to us in its original packaging.
Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we can neither refund nor exchange products that are unsealed.

Refund or exchange
Your refund will be made to the credit card used for the payment by re-crediting it, and this within 14 days from the date of return of the package.
If you have requested an exchange, your new order will be shipped upon receipt of your package.
