1. Terms and delivery times
The preparation of orders is carried out from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays. Thus, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on Monday.
Your order is prepared within 48 working hours in our warehouse, then it is handed over to the carrier according to the delivery method and country chosen.
We offer you three modes of fast and secure delivery :
- Colissimo in Standard Delivery France, between 2 and 4 working days from dispatch
- Chronopost in Express Delivery France, in 24 working days from dispatch
- Chronopost International, standard delivery in Europe, between 2 and 4 working days from shipping
For deliveries in Europe, our official e-boutique serves the following countries:
France (excluding DOM TOM), Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy, Germany, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Portugal, Poland, Finland, Sweden, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia and Switzerland.
The choice of your delivery zone will be proposed to you after validation of your basket. Please note that any country that is not on this list cannot be delivered.

We would like to inform our customers that delivery times are for information only and take effect the day following the date of shipment.
Shipping and delivery times may be subject to delays in case of non-availability of products ordered, in case of holidays, in case of strike of carriers or in case of over orders among other cases of force majeure.
* Due to supply fluctuations, your perfume refills may be temporarily unavailable. Please note that we will do our best to offer them to you as soon as possible.
2. Shipping areas and costs
The shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order according to the selected shipping method and country:

Please note that during the holiday season, delivery times may be extended.
**Local taxes and import customs: Delivery charges do not include customs duties, taxes and other ancillary charges that may be required for entry into certain countries outside the European Union. These costs and taxes remain the exclusive responsibility of the customer. If applicable, they will be requested by the carrier directly.
3. Receipt of the order
The package is delivered directly to the address indicated when ordering. In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. This notice indicates the time and day of the visit and the post office where you can collect the parcel.
Upon delivery of the order, you must check the conformity and condition of your order in the presence of the carrier and, if necessary, issue any useful reservations concerning apparent defects (missing product, damaged parcel).
You are invited to contact the Customer Service department of the Goutal online store within fourteen (14) working days following receipt of the products. Unless there is a legitimate reason, any claim made after this time will be considered inadmissible.

4. Return and refund
You benefit from a right of retraction allowing you to return the products free of charge, without any reason, within fourteen (14) working days from the day of receipt.
The legal and contractual rights of retraction cannot be applied to products that have been engraved. No return or refund can be made on an engraved product.
To return a product that you do not wish to keep, simply follow the following steps as indicated on the return form attached to your package :
- 1. Contact our Customer Service by email email@example.com to request a return form to be printed and pasted on the package while indicating the reason for your return.
- 2. Return your item to us in its original packaging. Only items returned in their original condition will be accepted and refunded. For reasons of health protection and hygiene, we cannot reimburse products that are unsealed.
For any other reason for return (non-compliant or damaged product, error on the content of the order etc.. ), you are invited to contact the Customer Service department of the Goutal online store by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by Whatsapp message at +33(0)7 61 94 14 43.
Your refund will be made to the credit card used for payment by re-crediting it, within 14 days from the date of return of the package.
